STORMY RING
OUR CRAFT
STUDIO is inspired by the famous paintings by impressionist painter Claude Monet.
This piece is inspired by the iconic painting 'Stormy Sea in Étretat' from 1833. This work depicts the famous coastal landscape of Étretat, a town in Normandy, France. It is known for its distinctive rock formations dramatically sculpted by erosion over time. Monet visited Étretat several times during his artistic career, and the coastal region inspired many of his paintings. 'Mar Bravo in Étretat' is a remarkable representation of the way Monet captured the colors of nature and the interaction between sunlight and the sea. Like Monet, this piece incorporates these elements in a unique way. With its golden-colored texture and imperfect shapes, it evokes the feeling of Étretat's coastal rocks.
