Shipping policy
Our orders are transported by MRW (Mainland Portugal), and by CTT (Portuguese Islands, European Union and Rest of the World)
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be dispatched within a maximum of 48 working hours.
The expected delivery times are:
Portugal (Mainland and Islands): 3 to 5 working days;
European Union: up to 7 working days;
Rest of the World: up to 10 working days, depending on where the order originates.
Delivery times may vary due to vacation periods, launches or festive seasons with a greater influx of orders.
Delivery process
The shipping process will begin once payment for the order has been confirmed.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will be notified by e-mail with the assigned shipping number and a link to track the order on the carrier's website.
It may take up to 24 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation for the shipping information to be updated on the carrier's website, without CRAFT being held liable.
Delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, apart from local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Indicating an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to CRAFT and in additional costs for the customer; for this reason, it is recommended that the customer always ensures that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is correct and complete.
Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the billing details. The delivery address cannot be changed by CRAFT, but you can change your address by contacting our carrier and requesting a change. This request should be made as soon as possible (within the carrier's delivery times).
