This website is operated by CRAFT by Bruna Corby, a trademark distributed by Janeiro Baião - Comércio de Artigos de Ourivesaria Lda, NIF: 515459704 and headquartered at Rua Professor António Coentro, 37, 3070-246 Mira, Coimbra. The CRAFT brand assumes the responsibility and commitment to respect the security of this website and protect the data provided by its customers and visitors, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of October 26, 1998 (Law no. 67/98).
CRAFT as data controller:
- Ensures that personal data is only processed for the purposes for which it was collected or for purposes compatible with those purposes;
- It collects, uses and stores only the minimum personal data that is necessary and sufficient for the purpose in question;
- It does not transmit any personal data for commercial or advertising purposes;
- It processes personal data for legally prescribed purposes or to provide online services at your request.
By providing your personal data to CRAFT through the website www.thecraft.pt, you consent to your personal data being used and processed by CRAFT under the terms and conditions set out below.
Scope of the Privacy Policy
CRAFT undertakes to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information provided by the user. This Privacy Policy sets out the measures adopted by CRAFT with regard to personal data collected on the www.thecraft.pt website, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable legislation, both at national and EU level. The term "personal data" refers to all personal information provided by the user or client. Depending on the type of services provided, the following may be collected, with prior authorization: name; address; date of birth; tax identification number; email address; cell phone number; payment details.
For what purposes does CRAFT process personal data?
Examples (not exhaustive):
- Technical responses and complaints;
- Answers to commercial questions;
- Marketing and Communication;
- Order processing.
We ask for express consent before using information for purposes other than those expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy.
CRAFT undertakes to protect customer data and not to make it available to third parties.
Updating Information
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, all users have the right to access, update or delete their personal data from our database. To do so, simply contact us using the contact form on our FAQ page.
At your request, we allow you to access, rectify and erase your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Not being data, being an interaction of interest to CRAFT: whenever you share a review of our products or post a photo/image/video on social media with the correct brand identification, you authorize us to disseminate this content with our community in: email marketing, social media posts or content in the online store.
Privacy Policy Updates
CRAFT may at any time update and add new features to the website, www.thecraft.pt, as well as to existing services. These changes are aimed at improving the technology used to access the website as well as improving the service provided to customers.
In the event of any change to this Privacy Policy, CRAFT will notify the user or client as well as the responsible local authority, as required by law.
Intellectual property rights
All the contents of this website are the exclusive property of CRAFT. They are therefore protected by the Copyright Code.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. The Court of Lisbon, to the exclusion of any other, shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from the interpretation and application of these

General conditions of sale
The order and purchase process is only possible once you have created a customer account or logged in as a guest to the online store, and you must follow the various sequential steps in the order process to register the purchase.
Payment methods
Once the order has been completed, the purchase will be registered and, if the payment method selected is MBWAY or ATM reference, there will be a set time limit for payment of the order to be completed. After this period, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be canceled. Some payment methods allow the data required to make the payment to be saved - namely PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). However, no personal data will be stored in this context, so this should be managed directly with the respective service provider.
Credit card
Paying by credit card allows you to take advantage of the liquidity and payment terms offered by your bank.
All transactions on our website are secure, and we would like to point out once again that the data associated with the card, apart from its identification by the last four digits, will not be stored. The entity that manages this payment method is EuPago.
ATM
Payments via Multibanco can be made through the Multibanco ATM network or through your Homebanking.
Once the order process is complete, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation e-mail. To pay at an ATM, select the "Payment for Services/Purchases" option and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount.
Warning: since the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity, failure to verify payment within this period will result in the order being cancelled.
MB WAY
The customer can pay for their order using the MB WAY payment system. To do this, during the order process, select this payment method and indicate the cell phone number associated with the application, access it and follow the steps to confirm the purchase.
Delivery process
The shipping process will begin once payment for the order has been confirmed.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will be notified by e-mail with the assigned shipping number and a link to track the order on the carrier's website.
It may take up to 24 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation for the shipping information to be updated on the carrier's website, without CRAFT being held liable.
Delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, apart from local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Indicating an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to CRAFT and in additional costs for the customer; for this reason, it is recommended that the customer always ensures that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is correct and complete.
Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the billing details. The delivery address cannot be changed by CRAFT, but you can change your address by contacting our carrier and requesting a change. This request should be made as soon as possible (within the carrier's delivery times).
Quality, Certification and Assurance
CRAFT jewelry is made of 925 silver with 24k gold plating, although it can also be made of 9k or 19.2k gold.
Their color has nothing to do with the material, but rather with the way it is treated.
The pieces are certified by INCM - Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda, S.A., which means that the legal touch (permilage of precious metal contained in the alloy) and the application of a contrast with the mark of responsibility, manufacturer or equivalent are checked. The application of the marks is only mandatory for pieces weighing more than 2 grams.

All the products we sell comply with Portuguese legislation. Items with precious metal are duly marked in compliance with the RJOC (Regime Jurídico da Ourivesaria e Contrastarias). If the customer is in any doubt as to the authenticity of the markings, they can use the services of the Assay Offices for verification purposes.
Guarantee
All pieces are guaranteed for two years, but this does not include the natural oxidation caused by the disappearance of the gold plating.
Visible marks of use and/or misuse are also not included.
